Sleeping
As I travel around the country doing public seminars for weight loss and smoking cessation for John Morgan Seminars, I always pose the following question to the group, “How many people ever have trouble sleeping through the night?”
I’d tell you that I’m always surprised how many hands go up – it’s usually about 2/3rds of the group – but I’m no longer surprised at all. I’m totally used to it by now. Sleeping challenges seem to be epidemic in America, certainly among the people I meet, at least. Granted it may be a select group made up of smokers or over weight folks, but I think it goes beyond that.
It’s a big challenge but it doesn’t have to be. There is a pretty simple solution to many sleep issues. And I’m sure readers of a blog in a web site called “Ericksonian” will have no problem figuring out what that solution is. After all, “Hypnos” is the Greek word for sleep and how “Hypnosis” got its name. Hypnosis is tailor made for sleep issues. If you are unconvinced, check out my new Sleep CD. Use it for three weeks. Follow the suggestions. See for yourself. Or get another sleep CD from someone else. But DO explore what hypnosis can do for you and get a good night’s sleep.
I’ll be offering many SLEEP tips in these page in the weeks to come. Some may be reiterations of tips on the CD (in addition to the Guided Imagery on the CD, I’ve provided a selection of top tips for a good nights sleep) and some will be brand new, but all can be VERY useful and I invite you to try them on for size.
Pleasant Dreams!
