Another category of presupposition, Stressed Sentences are you verbally stress something in the sentence.
(compare the difference of the indicated voice stresses in the following:

I’m especially impressed at the FANTASTIC breakthroughs you’ve made.

I’m ESPECIALLY impressed at the fantastic breakthroughs you’ve made.
